What happens when a newly licensed driver attempts to patronize a car wash? Distracted by the sloshing and blasting, she jumps the rail causing the conveyor to malfunction. In a fit of embarrassment, nervousness, and sheer anxiety she proceeds to jam her foot on the accelerator nearly taking out the four attendants looking on.
Concern forces the attendant to reach inside the car and from trembling hands, take control of the wheel. He has to get her “back on track” literally and figuratively.
“Why did they charge me $6 instead of the advertised $3?” she wonders.
Because attempted manslaughter costs extra.
